Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients within both inpatient and outpatient environments and formulate personalized treatment strategies
• Deliver physical therapy techniques centered on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient results
• Provide education on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercises for patients and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and advancements in line with facility policies and legal requirements
• Participate in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to facilitate integrated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specializations (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

• Relevant experience is highly preferred
