We're looking for an experienced Director of Property Management & Real Estate Operations to assist us in organizing and managing our daily operations. You will be in charge of the company's procedures and personnel, ensuring that they are well-coordinated and productive. You'll be in charge of overseeing each department, supervising employees, evaluating the effectiveness of business operations, and allocating resources. Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement methods to guarantee that Residents, Vendors, Buyers, Sellers, & clients have a great experience that exceeds their expectations

• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly

• Maintain complete knowledge of the company's inner workings, policies & procedures, and profitability strategies

• Develop revenue management strategies, including departmental budgets, and audits for better visibility into expenditures, capital requests, labor, and revenue to report to the client or broker

• Incorporate customer and community satisfaction into staff meetings, with a focus on coming up with new methods to enhance performance over time

• Develop an education and training strategy to ensure employees are continually increasing their knowledge and experience, creating more departmental value and efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
• Must have a valid Real Estate License

• Proven track record of managing a team in Real Estate Sales and/or Management

• At least 5 years of prior Operational Management experience in Real Estate (management and sales)
