Business Development Manager

VinWorld is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing domestic transportation division in Clark, NJ. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing new business opportunities, expanding our domestic presence across the U.S., and helping shape the long-term commercial direction of our growing operations division. We are looking for someone with a true hunter mentality who also understands how to bring structure, leadership, and market perspective into a scaling environment. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth while helping build and strengthen our domestic transportation strategy. Day to day, you will: Develop and grow relationships with U.S.-based shippers Identify opportunities across FTL, LTL, drayage, and intermodal transportation Build, manage, and strategically grow a pipeline of new business Lead high-level conversations around pricing, service gaps, operational challenges, and transportation strategy Partner closely with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution Support the development of internal sales structure, processes, and market direction Help mentor and guide junior sales talent as the division continues to grow Drive revenue growth through both relationship-building and aggressive business development activity Represent VinWorld as a long-term logistics partner, not simply a transactional provider This role is ideal for someone who wants the opportunity to help shape something from the ground up while having direct visibility and exposure to leadership.
