This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, executing preventive maintenance strategies, and developing a high-performing maintenance team that supports safe, efficient, and continuous operations.**What You’ll Do*** Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across assigned areas of the facility.* Establish clear maintenance standards and hold the organization accountable to those standards.* Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.* Develop and manage daily work schedules aligned with weekly plans, production demands, and outage windows.* Review and validate work order feedback to ensure accuracy, completeness, and continuous improvement.* Drive productivity and reliability improvements through data-driven maintenance practices.* Coach, develop, and motivate a skilled maintenance workforce to achieve high performance and strong safety results.**What You’ll Need*** High School Diploma or GED required, technical or secondary education in a related field preferred.* 8+ years of experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).* Strong background in industrial maintenance operations.* Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems.* Proven leadership ability with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.**What’s in It for You*** Competitive base salary with bonus incentives.* 11 paid company holidays annually.* Generous 401(k) with company match and annual contributions.* Paid vacation and sick leave.* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.* Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for career development.Mosaic is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
