RESPONSIBILITIES Requires interested in daily, meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with in-house counsel, management teams, and boards of directors, with increasing responsibility over time Take on substantive responsibility early and work directly with experienced partners focused on providing the candidate first chair roles with a growing list of meaningful clients and business segments QUALIFICATIONS 4th—6th year corporate associate Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting and public company representation required Experience with M&A transactions and capital markets work preferred Have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills J.D. required and must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of your primary office #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Recruit
