Overview The Boston corporate practice advises growth companies and their investors throughout their lifecycle, from formation through IPO and beyond. The team represents early-stage start-ups to public companies, as well as leading venture capital and private equity firms across life sciences, technology, clean energy, and financial services sectors. This is a general corporate practice, offering associates exposure to a full range of matters for growing companies and their investors. The role requires experience in at least one of the following areas: venture capital financings, private equity transactions, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, '34 Act compliance, or corporate governance, with a willingness to develop expertise in others.
