Express Employment is partnering with one of the world’s largest end cap producer, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in a metal stamping and fabrication environment. The role focuses on process improvement, productivity optimization, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation
Perform time studies and workflow analysis to optimize production efficiency
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with production layout planning and equipment utilization
Monitor production performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Experience with metal stamping, machining, or manufacturing operations preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/manufacturing systems
Ability to work both on the production floor and in an office environment
