Express Employment is partnering with one of the world’s largest end cap producer, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in a metal stamping and fabrication environment. The role focuses on process improvement, productivity optimization, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste

• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation

• Perform time studies and workflow analysis to optimize production efficiency

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues

• Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist with production layout planning and equipment utilization

• Monitor production performance metrics and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing (preferred)

• Experience with metal stamping, machining, or manufacturing operations preferred

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/manufacturing systems

• Ability to work both on the production floor and in an office environment
