Job Title Area Coach - Hair Stylist Educator (Sport Clips) Location Knoxville, TN, United States Job Summary Are you passionate about helping fellow hair stylists hone their craft and polish their skills to perfection? As an Area Coach (Hair Stylist Educator) you will play an important role in developing our Teams and brand by ensuring every Sport Clips Client receives a Championship Haircut Experience. You will be the technical expert we depend on to host highly engaging classes and improve Manager and Stylist productivity, product knowledge, and technical skills, ensuring the continued success of each store within your market. Key Responsibilities • Coach, develop, and encourage team members during routine store visits, identifying training needs and providing operational support to leadership. • Conduct technical (hair cutting) and operational training for managers and stylists, using real‑world experiences to keep training relevant. • Manage and audit team development logs, deliver feedback, and collaborate with franchisees and Managers to support store growth. • Stay current with cosmetology industry trends and continuously improve systems to increase efficiencies and align with market trends.
