We're opening something special. Marmo, Atlas Restaurant Group's newest concept in Annapolis, is looking for a Sous Chef to help bring this vision to life from day one. This is your chance to be part of a founding team by setting the tone, building the culture, and creating an unforgettable culinary experience from the ground up.

At Atlas, our kitchens are more than places to cook. They're where creativity, precision, and passion come together. As Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Executive Chef and a driving force behind the Back of House.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Executive Chef to lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team
• Execute and elevate dishes that align with our culinary visionevery plate, every time
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose during service
• Train, coach, and support team members to bring out their best
• Create schedules, manage workflow, and keep the team focused and on track
• Jump in to lead the line and direct food preparation when needed
• Collaborate on menu development, tastings, and new dish creation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen that meets all standards

How You'll Lead

• Set the standard for quality, consistency, and presentation
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-first culture
• Delegate with intentionprep, cleaning, and daily tasks that keep us moving
• Ensure all equipment is operating properly and troubleshoot when needed
• Uphold and enforce policies while leading with fairness and respect

Operational Excellence

• Support inventory management, ordering, and product rotation
• Help achieve and maintain budgeted kitchen costs
• Ensure timely execution without compromising quality
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Stay adaptablepivot, problem-solve, and improvise as service demands

Total Rewards The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000, aligned with your experience, leadership scope, and the impact you bring to the business.
