Technical Business Analyst

Position Overview:
BridgePhase is seeking a self-driven, customer-focused professional to support a Federal customer in a fast-paced technical environment. This individual will work directly with the customer to gather requirements, support testing activities, and execute ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work.  The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can manage multiple priorities at once and take ownership of their work.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Candidates must be able to successfully complete the required customer crossover process. Core coverage hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and availability during this timeframe is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Support testing and validation activities.
• Execute ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work.
• Troubleshoot issues and help identify effective solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and internal team members.
• Take ownership of assigned work and proactively drive tasks through completion.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting large scale enterprise software and/or IT modernization requirements is required
• Experience working directly with customers and gathering requirements.
• Experience supporting testing and O&M activities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
