Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care
• Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry and additional procedures appropriate to the provider's experience and clinical skill set
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health
• Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate and effective communication
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Uphold high standards of clinical quality, safety, and professionalism

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Minnesota dental license in good standing or ability to obtain
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dentistry
• Professional and collaborative approach to patient care
