Wash Dry Fold Attendant

As a Wash Dry Fold Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all Wash Dry Fold orders and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities: • Customer Service / Team Work / Community Satisfaction / Career Growth • Create a Fun and Welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area/facility • Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry • Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an Excellent Customer Service Experience • Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions along with any customer issues • Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers • Follow our company policies and procedures • Comply with our uniform dress code • Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety • Be an integral part of our organization and help drive our Wash Dry Fold growth: Wash & Fold • Place, take in, receive, process and ring up all Wash Dry Fold orders in our POS system • Offer/share with our customers our Wash Dry Fold values and services • Sort, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hang guests laundry • Inspect laundry for stains or damages and treat and or report as necessary • Deliver a high-quality Wash Dry Fold experience results for our customers with their laundry • Maintain inventory of all Wash Dry Fold supplies • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines • Must be able to lift 20lbs or more on a consistent basis • Maintain upkeep of all laundry machines and inform leader as to any maintenance needs Qualifications: • Availability / Team Player / Outgoing • Enthusiasm, high energy, initiative, and professionalism • Basic computer knowledge • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to work on time and when scheduled • Ability to multi-task What you will earn • This is a Part-time Position, but you can work as many shifts as you like • Flexible shifts.
