• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing service issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control departmental budgets, expenses, and profitability
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for seamless project execution and service support
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product offerings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC service management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification preferred
