Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Ready to be the voice that makes a difference in a customers day? As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction is professional, timely, and accurately documented. This role also supports key administrative functions including data entry, record management, and correspondence tracking in a healthcare-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

Job Type: Contract to hire

Location: Dunwoody, GA
Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm
Pay: $17-20/hour (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming customer and provider calls with professionalism and exceptional service.

• Process documentation, maintain records, and perform accurate data entry.

• Track and manage correspondence, requests, and inquiries.

• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative materials.

• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

• Support team projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience.

• Previous call center or telephone-based customer service experience preferred.

• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Healthcare, Medicaid, medical office, or medical terminology experience is a plus.
