Job Description

Installing Manager (Stone/Countertop Installation)

Pay: $18–$25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Bend, Oregon

Are you someone who enjoys leading a team, working with your hands, and seeing a finished product you can be proud of? We’re looking for a Installing Manager who can take charge on job sites, keep projects running smoothly, and deliver top-quality craftsmanship every time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support installation crews on residential and commercial projects
Oversee the installation of stone countertops (granite, quartz, and more)
Plan the day, assign tasks, and keep projects moving forward
Ensure every install meets high quality and customer satisfaction standards
Train and mentor team members (lead by example!)
Problem-solve on the fly when challenges arise
Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

✅ What You Bring

Experience in installation, construction, or a similar hands-on trade
Proven leadership skills or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active on the job
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Dependable, organized, and team-focused

Countertop or stone installation experience
Experience managing crews or running job sites
Great communication and customer service skills
