Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group using the nursing process
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, identify care needs, and develop an evidence-based plan
- Implement care, coordinate with the care team, and promote a safe, healing environment
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and document in the electronic medical record
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels, delegating as appropriate
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Oregon
- Minimum of two years of recent acute care experience
- BLS (AHA) or ARC-BLS required; CPR certification acceptable per policy
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required for facility purposes
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- BSN preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced Med Surg environment
