Travel Nurse- Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Portland, Oregon. This travel assignment starts on 10/26/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,891 to $1,917 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift on a 3x12 schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) in a Short-Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Deliver direct nursing care for Med Surg patients using the nursing process and professional judgment.

• Collect data, assess health status, determine diagnoses, and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor effects, document in the medical record, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members, provide education to patients and families, and participate in discharge planning.
• Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels; Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon) or eligible for licensure per state requirements

• Minimum of two years of recent experience in the field, preferably in an acute care setting
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Ability to work a night shift in a fast-paced Med Surg environment
• Must meet any additional travel-specific compliance and assignment requirements
