Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is currently seeking a qualified professional to work in a school setting in Binghamton, NY. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Function- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Treatment Implementation: Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing.
- Progress Monitoring: Track patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at-home exercises and self-care.
- Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes for insurance and legal purposes.
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- New York State PT License
- Modified Resume submission required
