Regional P&L Operations Director

A highly analytical and results-driven Regional P&L Operations Director to oversee workforce planning, financial performance, and labor operations across multiple regions. This role combines strategic financial oversight with workforce management, holding responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L), labor forecasting, budgeting, workforce optimization, scheduling strategy, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance or controllership, workforce management, and multi-site operations, with the ability to leverage technology and analytics to improve operational and financial performance. Essential Functions: Lead a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports and manage their performance, development, and ensure they hit designated metrics and KPI’s. Direct full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for regional operations, ensuring sound financial practices and performance. Lead all aspects of financial control including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly close. Oversee and optimize workforce operations such as scheduling, staffing, labor forecasting, and dispatch coordination. Review and improve workforce and labor management systems using data and automation.Partner with internal teams and clients to drive operational and financial performance through analytics and KPIs. Qualifications: 7+ years of direct P&L ownership in a multi-site or regional operational role. 7+ years of finance/controller experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, monthly close, and reporting. Experience with workforce management, scheduling, labor forecasting, workforce planning, and dispatch coordination. Strong ERP, HRIS, workforce management, payroll, analytics systems, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
