Join a high‑energy, collaborative laboratory team delivering critical results in a top‑tier hospital setting. What You’ll Do Process a wide range of histologic specimens, including grossing, embedding, microtomy, staining (special stains and immunohistochemistry), and frozen sections. Produce high‑quality slides and perform quality control to ensure accurate pathology reviews. Troubleshoot issues that could affect diagnostic outcomes. Maintain, clean, and perform routine checks on laboratory equipment. Adhere to universal safety procedures and laboratory protocols. Rotate on‑call nights and weekends (8 AM–9 PM) to support laboratory needs. Qualifications & Essentials Bachelor’s degree in Histotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific field. HTL(ASCP) certification (or equivalent). If not certified, must have completed a NACCLS accredited HT/HTL program and be certification eligible; certification must be achieved within one year of hire.
