The Edge from Within.Perks of Working at Ignite Digital:Competitive pay and benefits, including PTOEducation stipends and referral bonusesCompelling work with the U.S. federal governmentStrong emphasis on volunteer and community engagementOpportunity to shape the future of our industrySupportive colleagues and management who invest in your growthResponsibilities• Track and maintain IPT?level task trackers, deliverables, and communications • Coordinate meetings and visits, including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or others as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead • Take meeting notes as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead • Track and support material acquisition procurements, including creating and maintaining an IPT material inventory • Assist IPT Leadership with Knowledge Management tasks • Support the IPT by demonstrating eagerness to learn about cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, and radio?frequency communicationsRequired Qualifications• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint • Project management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders • Ability to clearly communicate issues and updates between teams and leadership • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearancePreferred Qualifications• TS//SCI clearance • Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments • Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions • Exposure to or interest in technical domains such as cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, or RF communications • Experience coordinating meetings, visits, or multi?stakeholder engagements65k+ dependent on education and experienceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Ignite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
