Spotless is hiring Water & Mold Restoration Technicians.
Most of our team starts at $20/hr , but with bonuses, many are earning the equivalent of $25–$30/hr+ .
If you’ve worked in construction, restoration, HVAC, or similar hands-on trades , you’ll fit right in.
Pay
- Starting pay: $20/hr (most new hires)
- Higher starting pay for experienced technicians
- Monthly performance bonuses ( typically add $5–$10/hr equivalent )
- Overtime opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Respond to water damage and mold jobs
- Set up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize affected areas
- Work as part of a team to restore homes and businesses
⚠️ Job Reality (Read Before Applying)
This is physical, hands-on work :
- Crawlspaces and attics
- Hot, dirty, and tight environments at times
- Daily physical labor
- On-call rotation (nights/weekends required)
- Some long days during emergency jobs
If you’ve worked in construction or similar trades, you’ll understand the environment.

Restoration or construction experience is a strong plus
IICRC certifications are a big plus (not required)
