Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview
The TIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for performing TIG welding and fabricating custom sheet metal parts. This role involves understanding engineered drawings, creating components and fixtures, and delivering high-quality welds in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- · Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel.
- · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
- · Fabricate custom components, jigs, and fixtures to meet customer requirements.
- · Operate hand tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.
- · Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- · Monitor material consumption and report any issues.
- · Carry out other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- · 2 years of TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
- · High school diploma or GED equivalent
- · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy production environment
- · Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
- · Strong problem-solving skills
- · Effective time management and organizational skills
- · Clear, professional communication skills
- · A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization
Additional Requirements
- · Successful completion of a TIG WELD TEST
- · Proof of U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization
