The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to engineering challenges, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to innovation and safety.Location: Mebane, North CarolinaPay Range: $52What's the Job?Develop methods, tooling, and techniques to reduce setup and changeover times for manufacturing equipment.Modify manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency, implementing design changes as needed.Manage capital projects, including equipment specification, installation, and coordination with outside contractors.Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen activities, and document results to track progress.Collaborate across departments to identify process shortcomings and implement effective solutions using established change management practices.What's Needed?B.S.
