A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with a focus on title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking is a plus. Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proven track record of representing clients effectively in court.
