Job Title: General Laborer Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer, working daylight shifts from Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional overtime on Saturdays from 6am to 11am. This role involves supporting machine operators by handling parts, maintaining a clean workspace, and operating machinery.

• Assist machine operators by handing them parts and removing machined parts from workstations.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using a fork truck.
• Run automated cut-off saws, requiring the ability to measure parts accurately.
• Perform oiling and degreasing of machines.
• Collect scrap from machines and manage waste disposal.
• Sweep floors, remove trash, and clean machines.
• Cut and measure steel parts daily.
• Refill oil in machines and clean workstations daily.
• Lift and maneuver barrels of aluminum and steel weighing 50-100 pounds, with assistance if necessary.

• 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• 1 year of experience in assembling parts.
• 1 year of experience using hand power tools.

• Experience with measuring tools such as tape measures.
• Assembly and construction experience.
• Warehouse experience.
• Machine operation skills.
• Forklift certification will be provided; no prior experience required.

This position offers a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay rates and the potential for long-term employment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plum, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
