Lead Nurse (RN) — Restore Hyper Wellness, Upper Arlington (Kingsdale) Full-time · Columbus, OH The short version You're an experienced RN who's great with people. Restore Upper Arlington is looking for a Lead Nurse to own clinical operations at our Kingsdale studio — administering IV therapy, injections, hyperbaric oxygen, and blood panels. You'll see the same faces week after week, get to know what they're training for and what they're recovering from, and have real time with each one. No nights. No codes. No 12-hour shifts without a lunch break. What Restore actually is Restore is a retail wellness studio — think of it as the place people go between the gym and the doctor's office. Under one roof we offer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, cryotherapy, compression therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, biomarker blood panels, and medical services including hormone optimization. Our clients are athletes and weekend warriors, people with physically demanding jobs, people fighting fatigue or recovering from illness, and people who simply want to stay ahead of aging. Most are members who come in weekly. This is a real clinical environment, not a spa. Every service runs on established protocols under a Medical Director, with a network of Advanced Practice Providers available for consultation and a dedicated medical compliance team. You'll have clear standing orders and clinical backup — what you won't have is a hospital's chaos. Our Upper Arlington studio at Kingsdale is one of three Restore locations in Columbus under the same ownership group, alongside Easton and Dublin–Bridge Park. That means a stable local team, leadership that's actually present, and room to grow beyond a single studio. Compensation and perks $33-$34/hour, based on experience Performance bonus tied to studio results 401(k) Paid time off Complimentary Restore services — cryotherapy, compression, red light, sauna, and more — plus discounted medical services including IV drips, blood panels, GLP-1's and skin health services Flexible daytime scheduling Casual dress code What you'll do Clinical Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections from our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants Run hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions Use our blood panel offerings to help clients build a plan and track progress over time Educate clients on ingredients, benefits, and what to expect Document every visit in our EMR Answer clinical questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide, with support from our Medical Director and Advanced Practice Provider network Escalate any adverse effects or compliance concerns to the medical compliance team Manage medical supply inventory and ordering Recommend memberships and medical services where they genuinely fit the client's goals — this is part of the role, and part of the performance bonus Leading the nursing team Run monthly chart audits and regular team meetings Evaluate performance, coach, and address issues directly when they come up Flag staffing needs and safe-practice concerns to management and ownership Act as the link between the corporate clinical team and this studio, including monthly nursing calls Culture Set the tone. A studio where the team likes being there is a studio clients want to come back to What we're looking for Active Ohio RN license 2+ years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar) 1+ year in a charge nurse, team lead, or supervisory role 1+ year administering injections; IV insertion experience required BLS certified Comfortable in an EMR Strong written and verbal communication— you'll be writing to staff and corporate, not just charting Non-judgmental with a diverse clientele Reliable, ethical, and comfortable making decisions without someone looking over your shoulder Logistics Reports operationally to the Regional Nurse, with clinical oversight from the Medical Director and Advanced Practice Provider network. Full-time, primarily daytime hours with some weekend coverage. Role involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
