License/Certs: Licensed Psychologist (board eligible or certified)
Experience: Prior mental health experience in correctional or clinical settings preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $115.20

What You'll Do
- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmate populations
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff
- Make regular rounds to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs
- Address treatment needs in various confined housing areas
- Maintain accurate documentation consistent with facility policies
What You Need
- Active license as a Psychologist (board eligible or certified)
- At least some experience in mental health evaluation and treatment
- Knowledge of psychological testing and intervention techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a correctional setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
