Title Dental Front Desk Receptionist Job Description Dental receptionist duties that includes answering phones, greeting patients, Medical history updates as needed, verifying insurance, Insurance breakdown, treatment recall and hygiene recall, entering insurance and patient payments, financial treatment presentation, Entering treatment into system, submitting all necessary paperwork and xrays to Referal specialist , Printing Rx's as instructed. Collection calls for outstanding balance. end of day and month reports, submitting claims electronically.
