Continually developing and growing their operations, they are now looking for an EHS Manager to take a senior role. Role In this role you will lead all Health & Safety and Environmental systems and process across both manufacturing areas, facilities and grounds. You will design and implement new processes, driving a culture of change and growth across all areas, working closely with staff from senior leadership to shop floor and external contractors and consultancies. 50/50 between Health & Safety and Environmental. Leading all process and systems across manufacturing, facilities and grounds. Drive a culture of change and improvements with all staff. Implement new processes and roll outs for both site and global initiatives. Candidate Profile Experience as an EHS Manager. Manufacturing background. Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Management certifications (HazWoper). Ability to lead and drive change across all staff.
