Human Resources Business Partner

This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations and recruiting experience who enjoys being hands-on today while building toward a more strategic leadership role in the future. The HRBP will partner closely with the HR Director and will play a key role in supporting both the workforce and leadership team as the organization continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees throughout the facility Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and professional positions Manage employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and performance-related concerns Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR transactions Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance Assist with training, development, and organizational effectiveness programs Support reporting, HR metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives Desired Background Bachelor's degree required Bilingual in English and Spanish required 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience Minimum 3-5 years of recent HR experience within a manufacturing environment Strong employee relations background Full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, benefits, and HR best practices Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
