Project Cost Analyst

Job TitleThis individual will support a portfolio of utility construction projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ annual spend. They will partner closely with Project Managers, Schedulers, and other Project Controls Analysts to perform cost forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and budget tracking.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of cost analysis/project controls experienceExperience analyzing project costs, journals, and variancesStrong forecasting skills (actual vs. forecast/project baseline)Experience supporting multiple construction or capital projects simultaneouslyAdvanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesNice to Have Skills & ExperienceEcoSys Maximo MS Project, Primavera, PeopleSoft, Passport, Business Objects, Prolog, Visio, AccessPMI or AACE certifications (PMP, CAPM, CCP, PSP, EVP, etc.)
