What You'll Be Doing

As part of our maintenance team, you'll support several residential communities throughout the West Seneca and Hamburg, NY area.

Responsibilities include:

• Apartment turns and make-ready work
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
• Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
• Electrical troubleshooting and general repairs
• Appliance diagnostics and repairs
• Carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• Responding to resident service requests
• Participating in an on-call rotation
• Traveling between multiple communities as needed

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in several of the following areas:

• Apartment maintenance or residential property maintenance
• HVAC troubleshooting
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Appliance repair
• Carpentry and drywall
• Apartment turns and punch work
• Preventive maintenance
• Customer service and resident communication

Experience across multiple trades is highly valued.

Requirements

• Valid New York State Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling between multiple properties
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
