Position: General Manager Key Responsibilities Help drive restaurant operation, they get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback. Lead daily operations with a strong floor presence and a guest-first mindset Champion a culture of hospitality, accountability, and growth across FOH and BOH teams Coach, develop, and inspire team members to grow and perform at their best Ensure consistent execution of service standards, guest recovery, and team communication Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for FOH staff Drive profitability through labor management, cost controls, and strong P&L fluency Maintain accurate schedules, systems, and compliance with all workplace and safety standards Partner with the CDC, Corporate Beverage Director, and L&D team to support food and beverage knowledge, training, and service consistency Represent the brand in the restaurant and in the neighborhood through marketing, feedback response, and local partnerships Support seamless execution of events and private dining experiences Qualifications You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity. You are highly confident in your abilities and are detail-oriented. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working. You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry. Learning about food and beverage excites you. You have 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.
