Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you‘ll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (PT) required for clinician role.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Clinic leadership or management experience required for Clinic Director role. Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or lead clinician experience preferred.

Role Overview

• Location: New outpatient clinic opening in Roseville, CA this year to support growth and expansion.
• PT responsibilities: Help launch and support the new clinic location, deliver one-on-one outpatient orthopedic care across age ranges (5+ to 90+), and manage evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Clinic Director responsibilities: Lead clinic operations, oversee clinic growth, initially supervise one aide, and expand the team to approximately 3–4 clinicians, 4–6 aides, and front desk staff (team size ~8–10). Make high-level decisions and handle difficult situations as needed.
• Patient mix includes hip, back, neck, shoulder, knee, foot, and general orthopedic conditions.
• Typical visit structure: 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.

Schedule & Caseload

• Primary shift: Days. Typical schedule 4x10-hour shifts with flexible options, M–F.
• Average patient volume: ~13–14 patients per 10-hour day.

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communicator comfortable leading teams and making operational decisions.

Technology
