DescriptionWho We Are Looking for and What You Will Do as an Accounting ManagerRise Wellness, a subsidiary of USANA Health Sciences Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee critical accounting operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position leads accounting processes, strengthens internal controls, and drives continuous improvement.Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesOversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controlsEnsure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on timeSupport internal and external audit processesSupervise and support employees by performing periodic reviews and supporting their professional developmentCoordinate Accounting and non-accounting personnel to ensure the accurate and timely closing of fiscal periodsContinuously work to identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the departmentWhat You Will NeedBachelor's degree in accounting or other business-related degree requiredCPA certification preferred5+ years of accounting experience, managing accounting operations, preferably in a public companyExperience with large ERP platforms, Oracle ERP preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and strong communication skillsEducated use of GAAP in analyzing and recording financial informationInsight, expertise and attention to detail in assigned functionAbility to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and make sound business decisionsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment*Position is hybrid/in-office located in Salt Lake City.Who We AreRise Wellness, a subsidiary of USANA Health Sciences Inc., provides the world with the highest-quality healthy lifestyle products focused on clean, simple, and natural protein.
