Base Salary Bonus 401k Match Equity Full Benefits Growth Potential Job Details Responsibilities Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises liability, auto, and torts. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
