About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer to play a key role in the financial management and oversight of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial operations, including direct supervision of accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, and financial systems. This role involves partnering with the Chief Financial Officer to advise senior leadership, present financial information, and ensure that the company's financial systems and processes are in line with regulatory requirements. The Deputy CFO will also lead the accounting function, manage daily operations, and oversee the preparation of financial reports and audits. Applicants for the Deputy CFO position at the company should have a CPA designation, with a strong financial background, and at least 8 years' of work experience, including a minimum of 4-6 years' in accounting or budgeting and 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in public accounting, non-profit, or political organizations, particularly with FEC compliance regulations, is highly valued. The role requires advanced skills in financial modeling, a sense of humor, and a dedication to collaboration. The Deputy CFO will also be involved in strategic projects, budget formation, and will support the operations team with financial expertise and recommendations.
