We partner closely with the Human Capital to identify opportunities, automate processes, and enable citizen developers to innovate faster.As a Senior Data & BI Analyst, you’ll design and deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM, helping modernize processes and unlock new ways of working across the organization.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent StudioIdentify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalabilityPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutionsWork with data—extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applicationsDeliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agentsin theOracle HCM environmentCommunicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesDrive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automationWhere You’ll Make an ImpactReplace manual processes with automated, low-code solutionsDeliver applications that improve decision-making and workflow efficiencyHelp scale citizen development and adoption of low-code toolsBuild intelligent workflows leveraging AI and emerging capabilitiesPosition RequirementsMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred)5+ years of relevant experienceStrong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio)Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniquesExperience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsWhat Sets You ApartAdvanced degreeExperience automating complex workflowsHCM Global Human Resources Certification or AI solution experienceBackground in building AI-enabled or agent-driven solutionsExperience with integration of HCM data with external databaseCandidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.Company DescriptionJoin a financial services firm where your contributions are valued.
