Florida State Director: Visionary Leadership & Advocacy

AARP Florida seeks a State Director to set the statewide vision and lead staff and volunteers in executing priorities. You will collaborate across the organization to deploy resources, advance advocacy, and strengthen community impact.
The role directs advocacy, communications, and engagement strategies, manages budgets, and guides volunteer leadership to deliver a nonpartisan mission for people 50+. Domestic travel up to 50% is required.
