NOW HIRING: ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR- Onsite Aventura at the Bay is seeking a dedicated, organized, and results-driven Admissions Director to join our team! The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the admissions process and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. This role works closely with hospitals, referral sources, families, clinical leadership, and facility staff to coordinate admissions while maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance. Competitive compensation Full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth Meaningful work supporting residents and their families Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the admissions process from referral through resident arrival Review referrals and clinical information to determine appropriateness for admission Coordinate admissions with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, residents, and families Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community referral partners Conduct facility tours and communicate services, programs, and available accommodations to prospective residents and families Ensure all required admission documentation is complete and accurate Work closely with the clinical team to ensure appropriate placement and a smooth transition into the facility Maintain accurate admissions records and census information Monitor referral activity and follow up with potential admissions in a timely manner Support census growth and facility occupancy goals Ensure admissions are handled in accordance with facility policies, regulations, and applicable healthcare requirements Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and referral partners Qualifications: Prior experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, case management, or a related healthcare setting Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting Strong knowledge of the skilled nursing/long-term care admissions process Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, compassionate, and resident-focused approach Join the Aventura at the Bay team and make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families! #J-18808-Ljbffr
