Technology Learning & Development Specialist

As of October 8th, a powerhouse firm, is seeking a Technology Learning & Development Specialist. This role will develop and deliver technology and will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing engaging technology training programs for attorneys and staff
- Coordinating new hire technology orientation and adaption across offices
- Creating training materials, quick reference guides, and e-learning resources
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies and workflows
- Collaborating with practice groups and internal teams to identify training needs
- Providing virtual, in-person, and desk-side technology training and support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly training
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments, Litera Create, or NTD is highly desirable
- Knowledge of AI tools and iTimekeep is a plus
