Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a remote or hybrid position offering the chance to work on a wide variety of meaningful and intellectually engaging family law matters. The role includes drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery and depositions, participating in mediations, and representing clients in court. Attorneys at Paredes Justo, PC gain hands‑on experience, frequent court appearances, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases early on.
This position is ideal for someone with an excellent work ethic, a strong desire to learn, and the ambition to grow into a highly skilled family law litigator. You will be supported, challenged, and given opportunities to take on increasingly complex assignments as your skills develop.
