Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage gaps, policy structures, and strategic insurance decisions. Oversee onboarding of new accounts, including collection and analysis of underwriting data.Troubleshoot complex client issues, working with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently. Manage endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service items with high attention to detail.Utilize agency management system to maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and document all servicing activities.Mentor or support more junior account team members as needed.Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes impacting clients.Coordinate and present an annual open enrollment meetings Qualifications3–5 years of experience in insurance account management in Life & Health lines.Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships.Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Salesforce or comparable agency management systems.Active insurance license(s) in Life & Health.
