About the Role
Join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic and mechanical products. This role offers hands-on work with advanced test equipment and technical documentation while supporting product quality, calibration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly using drawings, sketches, schematics, technical manuals, and work instructions.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and test equipment to test, align, calibrate, troubleshoot, and verify product functionality.
- Diagnose issues, repair assemblies, and replace defective components as required.
- Conduct functional, operational, and experimental testing while recording and analyzing test data.
- Interpret technical documentation and diagnostic data to support troubleshooting and product validation.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
Compensation:
- Estimated hourly range: $35–$37/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
