We are looking for student interns with strong organizational skills and a high focus on sales and marketing. The goal of a student intern is to support Konexial’s rapidly growing product and service solutions. We work with a wide range of commercial “for-hire” transportation companies and private fleets. This position is ideal for students interested in technology, logistics, sales, or marketing — and who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in researching and identifying business development opportunities, including potential customers, markets, and industry trends. Support social media strategy and content creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok) to promote Konexial’s technology solutions. Help prepare sales presentations, collateral, and proposals for conferences, customer meetings, and digital outreach. Update and maintain CRM data quality for leads and customer engagement activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email and digital campaigns. Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for expanding Konexial’s reach within the fleet and logistics industries. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hubspot, Capcut, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) is a plus. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Interest in technology, transportation, or B2B marketing is preferred. Duration: This is an unpaid, part-time internship position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the candidate's academic commitments. The internship will be semester-based (3-4 months), with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This internship is located in Knoxville, TN.
