We are seeking a compassionate, culturally responsive Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Services team in providing outpatient therapeutic support to children and families. This role focuses on supporting children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges, including suicidal thoughts and behaviors, through evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

The ideal candidate is independently licensed at the LICSW level and has experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based approaches with youth and families. Candidates should bring 3-5 years of clinical experience, including work in pediatric or child and adolescent behavioral health settings. Experience supporting children with complex emotional needs and diverse cultural backgrounds is strongly valued.

The Social Worker may also provide supervision and mentorship to social workers and behavioral health trainees as needed. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy to children and adolescents experiencing behavioral health challenges, including suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), crisis intervention, safety planning, and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward clinical goals.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated, family-centered care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Participate in risk assessment and crisis response for patients presenting with acute emotional or behavioral concerns.
• Support children and families from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds with culturally responsive and inclusive care practices.
• Provide consultation, mentorship, and supervision to social workers, trainees, and/or social work interns as appropriate.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Contribute to a collaborative, compassionate, and mission-driven environment that promotes safety, resilience, equity, and hope for children and families.

Maintain compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, confidentiality, and organizational policies and procedures.
