The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the community's operations, including marketing, financial performance, general leadership, staff management, and compliance with regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the community's sales culture, meeting financial goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Executive Director will also be involved in resident care, engagement, and asset management, and must have a passion for working with seniors. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, and at least 2 years' in a senior living environment or equivalent. The role demands a leader with a proven track record, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. The Executive Director will be expected to recruit, train, and retain a high-quality team, and to ensure that the community is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
