Are you a competitive closer who thrives on creating your own opportunities? At American Solar & Roofing , we're looking for an Outside Sales Advisor who knows how to connect with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals face-to-face in the home. This is not a typical door-to-door sales role . We focus on an educational, consultative approach while helping homeowners understands their options and make informed decisions. We provide marketing support and company-generated leads to supplement your pipeline, but success here is built on your drive to generate your own business and referrals.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
- Ability and comfort level to sell face to face
- Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business
What We Offer:
- $45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus pay
- First Year On-Target Earnings: $125,000-$175,000
- Company provided leads and extra commissions on self-discovered business leads (your hustle = your reward)
