The team manages firmwide initiatives, conducts business analysis, and partners with development teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Your RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and reporting on project progress. Working closely with Engineering leads, you will serve as a liaison between the business and Engineering teams. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally across a global team. Successful individuals will be self-motivated, flexible, organized, and detail oriented. As a Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:Lead projects from initiation to delivery.Partner with development leads on resource forecasting and capacity planningManage and prioritize discretionary change requests.Document process flows and system details for firm wide applicationsParticipate in gathering functional business requirements for projectsMaintain project tracking, ensuring tasks and priorities are up to date and reflect team progressFacilitate meetings and ensure outcomes are clearly documented, owned, and executedProduce executive level reports and dashboards, providing transparency on development activity and progressDrive ongoing improvements to current processesBuild strong business / engineering relationships strengthening collaboration and alignment.What You’ll Bring 2-5 years in project management / business analysis or equivalentBachelor’s degree in technology, finance, or relevant work experienceExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalConfidence to build relationships with colleagues, managers, and business usersAbility to multi-task, take ownership of issues and follow through accordinglyHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating ambiguityFlexibility to work individually, in a team, across teams and with different management levels and personalitiesExperience working with software development teams a mustFamiliarity with AI tools and a willingness to leverage them to improve efficiency, documentation, analysis, and project delivery.Experience using Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of the financial services industry a plusKnowledge of JIRA is a plusThe salary range for this role is expected to be $100,000 to $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs.
